Should employees be held accountable for what is on their personal social media sites? Should schools hold students accountable for what is on their personal social media sites? Why or why not?
I think that it shouldn't matter because its a personal blog. If they want to post whatever they want then let them. But if it was for a job website then yes it would matter.

The teacher should be allowed to keep her job because its her facebook profile n we shouldn't be punished at school for whatever we write on facebook because when we post comments its outside of school..facebook is what anyone and everyone can use outside of school or work -EV <3
